Gorillas need the rain forest, and we want to ensure that there is still sufficient rainforest for them in the future. On our website you can read about the situation of the various gorilla populations and how we are supporting the conservation of gorillas and their habitats.

We show you the location of the protected areas for the most endangered gorilla populations, and how many individuals still live there according to the most recent estimates.

In our Gorilla Journal, people who are active in the conservation of gorillas, as well as scientists studying gorillas, publish articles about their experiences and research results.

You will also find all kinds of facts about gorillas in general – about their behaviour, their ecology and, last but not least, about the threats they face.
